Some pics and goings on...

Well I was bored again and decided to take the first 2 pics. Again this country amazes me, how a friggin flower can grow in rocks I will never know.

Well the other pictures is just a fine example of a poor sentence structure and spelling and a great after thought.

Yesterday was a good day. KAF finally sent something out to the FOBs. They sent out some old geriatric Maple Leafs to give autographs, 2 guys from Glass Tiger, and some lady from the show Dragons Den.

With that entourage came a bunch of higher ups along with the good ol Walt the CDS. It was really bright and I have no clue how the guy doesn't wear shades, because I was dying from the sun in my eyes. Then again shades in a beret look pretty bad. They Artillery even fire off some rounds for a show and even got training in at the same time!

Funny thing too is he looks the same in every picture shaking someones hand, it almost seems rehearsed. Pretty good guy and down to earth.

The other firefighter got back yesterday, so we'll be here till then end of tour. Other than that nothing else going on.
